I was traveling through the bahamas recently and I really enjoyed the fried conch
fritters!!! I'm from Chicago and we just love fried food in the midwest so I felt right at home. Check out Vato's shack on Eleuthera near Governor's Harbour.

We just spent several days in Eleuethera for my fiance Todd's B-day. We went to the Cove, which is an incredible place to have lots of FUN!!! We went there and discovered that not only was it my fiance's b-day, but it was his birthday sister's b-day too!!!! A true Bahamas tradition . . We had so MUCH FUN!!!!! Eleuthera is a fun place to be, esp. if there is a nice place to party like the Cove....and SURFER'S BEACH is incredible!!!! (if you like to surf)

The Five Star Crew was recently back in eleuthera checking on our house project there. When flying commercially we use Gufstream Air from Ft. Lauderdale into
North Eleuthera. It's an easy flight and pretty affordable.
